Poderi Arcangelo (archangel) is the perfect name for this organic farm, set among hills surrounded by breathtaking views.
The Mora family manages 23 hectares of native vines and 1500 olive trees. They produce eight different wines and two types of extra virgin olive oil, all strictly organic.
The transition to organic production began in 2000. One of the first farms in the area to obtain organic certification for its products, it has strived over the years to become ever greener, thanks to a business philosophy that respects the environment and the fruits of the earth.
Energetically self-sufficient thanks to a photovoltaic system and disposing of its waste water using a plant-based purification system, for 25 years the family has been offering hospitality with its restaurant and rooms in three old cottages. Facilities include a swimming pool, so that guests can enjoy unsurpassed relaxation, and the service of locally produced food and wine.
New accommodation surrounded by nature is currently in the planning stages, and will be completely eco-friendly, for an experience in direct contact with the natural environment.
