Welcome to
Teruzzi
The estate was founded in 1974, when Enrico Teruzzi and his wife, Carmen Puthod, decided to move from Milan and set up the Teruzzi & Puthod winery.
They bought 3 hectares of vineyards and began producing Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
In 2016, ownership of the estate passed into the hands of Terra Moretti. Past, present and future live together at Teruzzi: a winery at the forefront in the search for the most innovative solutions to produce the finest wines, always with respect for the territory and the Tuscan winemaking tradition, also achieving important goals in terms of sustainability.
Today the estate covers an area of 180 hectares, 96 cultivated with vines, 62 of which are dedicated to Vernaccia, and boasts the largest extension of this famous grape variety.
