Collina dei Venti is a young company deeply rooted in the territory of San Gimignano.
Emilio, a sharecropper, was already tending the land of Collina before the mid-20th century. In 1967, when the landowner decided to leave the countryside, driven by his strong ties to his home, he decided to purchase the farmhouse and adjacent land together with his two sons, continuing the cultivation of vineyards, orchards and arable land.
Mauro, who belongs to the third generation, took over the management of the company in 2011, embarking on a path of organic farming and, after a few years, he produced the first bottles with his son Lorenzo.
Together, day by day, they continue to promote native grapes, achieving an identity thanks to spontaneous fermentation.
