Fattoria di Pancole
Fattoria di Pancole is a family-run business. The farm’s production consists of Vernaccia di San Gimignano grapes, with additional vineyards cultivated with Sangiovese, Merlot, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Syrah, Trebbiano, Malvasia, Malvasia Nera and very small productions of Canaiolo, Colorino and Alicante.
Fattoria di Pancole is distinguished by its production of DOCG and IGT red wines, DOCG whites and DOC vin santo, as well as excellent extra virgin olive oil, produced according to organic farming methods and criteria.
It is possible to taste our wines in the beautiful setting provided by the stunning landscape surrounding Fattoria di Pancole, enjoying a guided tasting accompanied by small samples of typical Tuscan products.
